Santa Fe's public radio station employed my writing skills as correspondent and co-host of live news for morning show, Wake Up Call, in its first iteration. I was on the Social Justice and Media beat, which allowed me to focus on a range of topic including trans-identity in New Mexico, food insecurity, gender justice, and human trafficking. As well, I had the opportunity to report on such happenings as the world-renowned, annual International Folk Art Market and Santa Fe Opera.
